Race Results
Amsterdam, The Netherlands: Steve Hallman achieved a breakthrough at the TCS Amsterdam Marathon. The trip was a success (and his first to the country!) as he logged a 2 minute personal best. Steve handled windy race day conditions like a true professional. For evidence, check out this great pace work:
Congrats Steve! Looking forward to seeing you back in the U.S.A, but enjoy Amsterdam and all the food for us!

New Castle, DE: Kurt Palumbo won his age group at the C&D Canal Half and placed third overall at the event. This is "Delaware's Most Scenic USATF-Certified Half Marathon Course" according to organizers. While not a PR, Kurt did enjoy the race and ran well. Nice racing!

Rosemont, PA: Harsha Thirumurthy ran a 5k this weekend as he begins to taper for his goal race of the NYC marathon. It was the Run for Our Schools 5k. He was excited to finish 1st with a time of 17:51. This was slower than he desired, but hills and a rare early race wrong turn (just 400m in!) added on more than a few seconds. Congrats Harsha! Looking forward to NYC.
