East Coast Race Results

Jacksonville, FL: Colin Leak continued racing against top-level runners with an appearance at the USATF 15k Championships in the Sunshine State. The Gate River Run had the honor of hosting this national event. Colin’s final time of 45:38 (4:53/mile pace) was good for 11th overall. Be sure to check out the full results on this one! Many formidable names in this field. Great work, Colin!

Baltimore, MD: Christine Ramsey returned to her old Charm City stomping grounds to take on the Under Armour Kelly St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock 5k. Chrissie was 4th female and won her division with a time of 17:26. She’ll next take on the Adrenaline 5k this coming weekend.

Washington D.C.: Mike and Margaret Vido scored new half marathon PR’s at the United Airlines Rock ‘n’ Roll Washing DC Marathon & 1/2. Mike ran 1:11:46 for 8th overall. Margaret ran 1:17:46 for 4th female. The pair claimed new PR’s as they continue to train for their goal race of the Boston Marathon later this spring. PR’s during marathon training has to be a good sign!
